My name is Brian Heinen.  I am a US national living in Spain since 2004 and this is my portal to investigate, share advice and offer information about the event planning industry.  Highlighted by activities that I have developed and produced in the Spanish market under these 3 main subjects:

1. Local Producer España – my professional identity for the creative production laboratory I have developed for freelance event collaborations

2. Social Media España – my activities from Local Producer España that specialize in implementing the Marketing, Social Media and Communication around live productions & events; to make sure that through an extensive network of media partners and through third parties, the brand and the message is delivered to as many possible B2B and B2C eyeballs.

3. “My Days Off” Collaborations – a range of activities that I participate in during my free time, including wine & cultural guiding, city & adventure tours, non-profit activities, LinkedIn groups, blog writing & teaching Social Media classes

LPE was created by Van Oort Media, (Willem van Oort is a former memer of the international board Stage Entertainment / Joop van den Ende, Amsterdam) and myself.  I was a producer/coordinator with a background of over 6 years in Los Angeles in freelance events, music video, movie and commercial production.

Now we have expanded to include a group of in-house professionals who’s experience range from Production, Design and build-up, Social/ Digital Media, A/V and Team Building.
